These terms apply to all services provided by NZRT Network (Internet Consulting Services / ICS), operated by Nathan, Northland, New Zealand.
1. Services
NZRT Network provides digital services including Obsidian vault setup, Claude Code configuration, Dolibarr ERP setup, Nextcloud configuration, and documentation writing. All services are delivered digitally. No on-site work is provided.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are confirmed in writing (email or Fiverr message) before work begins. Payment is required upfront before delivery. Prices are listed in NZD and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. NZRT Network is not currently GST-registered.
3. Delivery
Delivery timelines are stated per service and begin once payment is confirmed and scope is agreed. Files are delivered as .zip archives, GitHub repositories, or via email. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope agreed at order time.
4. Revisions
Revisions are included as stated per service. Revisions cover corrections to what was agreed in scope – they do not cover changes to the original brief after work has started. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
5. Refunds
Refunds are available if work has not yet started. Once delivery has occurred, refunds are not available. If the delivery does not match the agreed scope, I will revise the work until it does.
6. Intellectual Property
On full payment, you own all files delivered to you. NZRT Network retains the right to use the same underlying templates, patterns, and methods for other clients. Open source components used in delivery retain their original licences (MIT unless noted).
7. Limitation of Liability
NZRT Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of delivered files or configurations. Total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your systems before I make any configuration changes. You are responsible for testing delivered files in your environment before deploying to production. You warrant that you have the right to access any systems you ask me to configure.
9. Privacy
Information you share (business details, system access, requirements) is used only to complete your order. It is not shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
